As out of town investors looking to make a sale, Justin and Ananda were excellent to work with. They gave us the on-the-ground expertise we needed to prep, list and qualify buyers. We got a great price, efficient online operations, a wonderfully successful open house and timely communication all the way through closing. Cannot recommend enough.

Our first plan was to go to open houses and find a realtor that way. My wife and I like to meet people in person to see how we are treated and the service we receive. That plan failed we went to about 7-8 open houses and most ignored us and blew us off when we asked questions, primarily because of our age. Our second plan was booking a tour on Zillow and we met Justin. Justin was so attentive and any question we had he got us an answer. Justin took his time with my wife and I with finding the best forever home. If I had a question at 10 pm he’d reply within 5 minutes or less. Justin is at your service almost like a personal butler. Any time day or night he is there like Jake from State Farm . Drove down from Othello with no intentions of really looking at the house more of just looking at the area. Saw the house and decided to call and just see if we could get a look inside. Luck or destiny Justin was able to show up within 10 minutes. From that point forward Justin was professional courteous and informative, answering all the questions we had or getting answers to the questions we needed. Justin was able to provide us contacts and references, of businesses we could contact to answer questions we had regarding the home, home inspection and other items we had concerns about. Justin stayed in contact and kept us up-to-date on all items during the home inspection, and the closing process. At no time did we feel that Justin wasn't "on top of it " and we were able to purchase the house within a little over a month.
